Healthcare access in the highland regions of Chitral has always been a challenge. To address this, YSDO began the construction of five new dispensaries in:
- Borogol
- Domail
- Shah Salim
- Laspur
- Arandu
These dispensaries are located in some of the hardest-to-reach communities, where people often travel hours for even basic treatment. Once completed, these facilities will provide primary healthcare, first aid, maternal support, and access to essential medicines within walking distance.
This project marks an important step toward improving long-term health infrastructure in Upper and Lower Chitral.
